United Kingdom based Ekiti born Lawyer, Barrister Gbenga Ojo has congratulated Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji latest feat on winning MSME award, following his outstanding contributions to sub sector in Ekiti State.
The award was presented to him on Thursday at the Presidential Villa, Abuja. The plaque which was presented by the office of the Vice President, His Excellency Kashim Shettima, was received on behalf of the Governor by the Commissioner for Finance, Mr Akintunde Oyebode.
The award is in recognition of the Biodun Oyebanji administration’s huge support for MSMEs in the state including favorable tax regimes, counterpart funding arrangements with financial institutions, empowerment trainings, land clearing and provision of seedlings and inputs for farmers, support for cooperative societies, artisans and informal sector among others.
Barrister Ojo further described Governor Oyebanji as Uncommon Leader with Deep Passion for Growth. “I believe more to follow since Governor Oyebanji is passionate to make Ekiti State great place for all and sundry. Congratulations once again Sir, Ojo added.
